Employers Group has elected to continue its thirty-year occupancy even with the host of available space options in Downtown Los Angeles. Transamerica Center, situated on 7.5 acres at 1150 South Olive, is four blocks away from the Convention Center and Staples Center, the new sports and entertainment arena and five-blocks north of Santa Monica Freeway (10).
Transamerica Center is a three-building office complex consisting of a 32-story high rise office tower and two mid-rise buildings encompassing more than 1.3 million sf of corporate office and retail space. It is considered the gateway to downtown Los Angeles and its first modern office tower.
Building amenities include a 485-seat corporate auditorium and a food court equipped to handle up to 575 guests. Other amenities include Windows Steak and Martini Bar on the top floor of the Tower and an 18,000 sf health club where office workers can workout in the gym or partake in a game of basketball, racquetball or squash.
The building's leasing and management representative is Jeff Ingham, vice president and leasing director for Jones Lang LaSalle. Darren Dahlman of Commonwealth represented the tenant in the transaction.
