Friedman Moves 200,000 SF in Deals Worth $17M

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-Corinthian College leases 32,473 sf of office space in Southfield, MI in a $7.5-million deal while Friedman Real Estate Group brokers a $3.2-million office sale in Troy, MI.

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-Friedman Real Estate Group has closed five deals involving 200,000 sf in the Southeast Michigan area, including restaurants, industrial spaces and office buildings. In the largest, Todd Hawley, Glenn DesRosiers and Dan Verderbar represented the building owner in Corinthian College’s $7.5-million lease of a 32,473-sf office building at 26111 Evergreen in Southfield, MI, which will be used as classrooms for an adult school.

Hawley also represented Royal Ridge LLC in its purchase of the 33,000-sf Royal Ridge office building at 2265 Livernois in Troy for $3.2 million.

Paul Reschke represented Trupac Logistics LLC in a lease of 137,000 sf of industrial space at 12240 Oakland Park in Highland Park, MI for $5.25 per sf. Trupac Logistics is division of minority-owned Trumark Engineering, and will use this facility to assemble and distribute chassis for Bluebird, a custom coach and bus manufacturer.
