Two Leases Fill in Tight MV Office Market

SAN DIEGO-Two leases have been signed in Mission Valley's increasingly tight office market. The Shidler Group owns the properties involved.

SAN DIEGO-The Shidler Group has added two tenats to its property portfolio in Mission Valley’s tight office market.

DRK Services Inc., doing business as Dunhill Staffing Systems of San Diego, has signed a three-year lease for 2,038 sf of office space at 591 Camino de la Reina in the Mission Valley Financial Center. The space will be used for an employment search and staffing service. Total consideration in the deal was $149,000.

Both the lessor, The Shidler Group, and Dunhill Staffing Systems were represented by Jim Laing of Burnham Realty.
