Leasing agent Insignia/ESG says it has had upward of 20,000 sf of leasing activity in the past six weeks or so at annual lease rates between $12 per sf and $16 per sf. The rate varies with the age and quality of the buildings, which have been erected in phases over the past 25 years, the latest product coming online in 2001.

About 60% of the leasing activity was lease renewals, including NW Netcom LLC, which renewed and expanded its lease to 7,750 sf., and The Raring Corp., which renewed its lease for 4,269 sf. New space users include Cascade Callworks Inc., which leased 4,608 sf, and M&W Zander US Operations Inc., which leased 3,331 sf.

Another 3,000 sf lease was to be signed today, according to Insignia leasing agent Judy Davis, who brokered all of the deals except NW Netcom, which was handled by Insignia Property Services Director Sue Iggulden. The activity puts the park at about 77% occupancy, according to Iggulden, which means about 130,000 sf remains available. "We're seeing quite a bit more activity come through the door now," she says. "It's very encouraging."
