They are the 100,000-sf, class A corporate headquarters building for TNT Logistics; a 72,000-sf headquarters building for Tree of Life Inc.; and opening Building Two at the five-story Gran Park Deerwood North development.
Michael Shalley, St. Joe Commercial's vice prsident of development, coordinated the three projects. Shalley reports to St. Joe Commercial president Frank W. Herring Jr.
The company has developed 3.5 million sf of office and industrial product sicne 1998. St. Joe Commercial manages third-party assets valued at $384 million in Orlando, Tampa, South Florida, Tallahassee and Panama City.
