The partnership has recently broken ground on the development, which is slated to rise at South Lombard Street and Eastern Avenue. At build-out, the project will consist of three facilities that will stand at 380 S. Lombard St., 390 S. Lombard St. and 2221 Eastern Ave.

The new buildings will encompass 7,790 sf, 10,500 sf and 37,621 sf upon completion. Tailored for manufacturing and distribution uses, the facilities are concrete tilt-up structures with two ground level doors, 16-ft interior clearance, and on-site parking. Plans for the 37,621-sf building call for dock high and ground level loading, 24-ft clearance and truck staging area. The project, which was designed by architect Lanet Shaw, is being built by general contractor Teitelbaum Construction.

Aimed at single users, the facilities are expected to be ready for occupancy by October. Michael Walsh and Melinda Walsh of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services are marketing the property.
