Brian Doyle, vice president and a 15-year veteran of Welsh Companies, is the lead broker for the project. Of the five buildings with more than 736,600 sf of total space, about 400,243 sf is available for lease.

The buildings are located half-way between downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul in the CHI Midway Industrial Park, with access to Interstate 94 and Highway 280, as well as Interstates 35W and 35E.

Specific locations and square footage for each of the Crow Holdings Industrial buildings at CHI Midway Industrial Park in St. Paul include:

* 739 Vandalia St. -- 9,000-sf stand-alone three-story multi-tenant or single tenant office building.

* 429 Prior Ave. N. -- 237,902-sf multi-tenant office/warehouse building with two acres of outside storage and parking, and now about 138,204 sf available.

* 2210 Territorial Rd. -- 72,000-sf six-story warehouse storage building with floor plates at 12,000 sf each with currently 52,300 sf available.

* 2228 Territorial Rd. -- 296,954-sf multi-tenant office/warehouse building with 103,359 sf available.

* 2231 Territorial Rd. -- 121,380 sf of freezer/cooler storage with 97,380 sf available.
