Construction Set for Grant Park Project

MINNEAPOLIS-Apex Management and Opus Northwest are developing the 328-unit project, which includes a variety of residential units. The development near historic Elliot Park is designed to blend in with Downtown and area architecture.

MINNEAPOLIS-Developers expect a summer start on construction of Grant Park, a new 328-unit condominium and townhome community on a three-acre site at the southeastern edge of Downtown. The development, near the Fifth Avenue and Interstate 35W exit ramp and the Central Business District gateway of historic Elliot Park, is being marketedunder a new campaign called “The City is Yours” at Grant Park.

The project is in walking distance of Downtown Minneapolis.

“Grant Park is a unique new concept in Downtown, city-smart living in Minneapolis,” says Tom Dillon, senior project manager for APEX Asset Management Corp,, the Minneapolis-based co-developer of the project with Minnetonka, MN-based Opus Northwest.
