The buyer, T. Courtney Dunbar, has paid $4.3 million for the property, which stands at 12151 Monarch St. Encompassing 50,800 sf, it is occupied by Dover Corp., a worldwide, diversified manufacturer of industrial products.

T. Courtney Dunbar was represented by Newark of California. Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim office acted on behalf of the seller, Voit Development.

The Garden Grove transaction follows the sale of another Orange County industrial facility. An industrial building in Irvine was recently acquired by Ocean Equipment, a company specializing in yachting and fishing gear. The buyer paid $2.4 million for the facility, which it acquired from private investor Necdet Cobanli.

Ocean Equipment relocated from Newport Beach to the newly acquired facility, which stands at 2 Thomas in the Irvine Spectrum. It is using its new location for light manufacturing and distribution.
