Peter Farnum and John Boyle, both principals of Trammell Crow Company represented Oracle Corporation with Richard Graubard, senior vice president of The Fred Ezra Company, Oracle's national representative. Boyle tells GlobeSt.com that the company is relocating this office from 222 Berkley Street for expansion purposes.

Oracle's New England regional headquarters are on Van D Graff Drive in Burlington, Massachusetts where the company occupies 156,000-sf of space. The company also has offices in the Bay Colony Corporate Center in Waltham, Massachusetts. The California-based company was founded in 1977 and employs over 42,000 people.

Donnelly, Conroy & Gelhaar, LLP signed a lease for 5,740 sf.Peter Farnum, principal and William Foley, vice president of Trammell Crow Company represented Donnelly, Conroy & Gelhaar, LLP. Andrew W. Hoar, president and Christopher Cuddy, vice president of CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners represented Prudential/WB One Beacon LLC. The firm, founded in 1991 and relocated here from 73 Tremont Street.
