Johnson Jennings General Contracting completed tenant improvement construction for the project at 225 Broadway in Downtown. The station occupies 26,000 sf, including a street-side studio and newsroom with windows facing Horton Plaza and Broadway Avenue. The studio facility's design resembles that of NBC's TODAY Show in New York City's Rockefeller Center, similarly capturing the outdoor flavor and interaction with the surrounding area.

The east side of the facility features an outdoor "reporter's alley" for filming live remotes. More than 14 million visitors pass through the Horton Plaza vicinity each year.

SENTRE Partners Inc., a local real estate services and investments company, manages and leases the 22-floor 225 Broadway building. Johnson & Jennings General Contracting handled the general contracting duties.

Johnson & Jennings also recently completed $700,000 in tenant improvements for the renovation of the main lobby of the building.
