Charter Realty is proposing developing seven buildings on the site which would include a 71,548-sf Shaw's Supermarket and six other buildings at 25,000 sf, 12,000 sf, 22,400 sf, 7,500 sf and 48,000 sf as well as a 7,000-sf restaurant.
