The building forms part of Cambourne Business Park's 140,000-sf second phase, which was forward funded with Morley Fund Management for £37 million ($53 million). The building was completed in January 2002, and Campbell's will occupy the space this Summer.

The 750,000-sf Cambourne Business Park is located nine miles from Cambridge city centre. It forms the commercial hub of the new Cambourne settlement, a 1,040 acre scheme of 3,300 houses with associated civic, retail and leisure facilities.

Development Securities' Joint Managing Director Julian said: 'Cambourne continues to show its pedigree as a leader in the Cambridge business park market. Its flexibility and the high quality of its buildings and working environment make it a natural choice for relocation in the region.'
