The center stands on a 10.3-acre parcel at 282721 – 28855 Los Alisos Blvd., which is located just off the S.R. 241 toll road. Built in 1997, the retail property currently consists of six structures. However, an additional 7,800-sf pad building is under construction with completion slated for July 2002.
The Spanish style complex is anchored by Vons and Sav-on, which are both included in the offering. Other tenants here include Tutor Time, Tuesday Morning and Domino's. The anchors have heightened facades to provide increased visibility, as the entire center has more than 1,200 lineal feet of frontage to Los Alisos Boulevard.
The operating income of Mission Foothill Marketplace is nearly $1.8 million, according to information provided by Reza Etedali of Sperry Van Ness, who is handling the disposition.
