Along with Oracle II, project general contractor The Clark Construction Group, Inc. built an 180,000-sf, four-level garage valued at $6.2 million, as well as a 60,000-sf surface parking lot. "We started the project in November of 2000," Clark's Elizabeth Tuico tells GlobeSt.com," and we are at substantial completion right now." The 200,000-sf Oracle I opened in 1998 and cost, along with the property for the additional buildings, $65 million. Currently, there is no word on construction scheduling for the third and fourth buildings.
