The buyer is Market Contractors, a local retail and commercial contractor company currently located on NE Marx Street. Jeff Brooks, SIOR, Colliers International, handled both sides of the transaction. Brooks tells GlobeSt.com the capitalization rate for the buyer is about 9.5%.

The building sits on 1.36 acres and is about half built out as office space. Its tenants, Exp@nets, and Church of God, were brought in by Brooks and partner Matt Stevenson. Columbia Crossing is a business center consisting of nearly 9-acres for sale at Airport Way and Sandy Boulevard.
