Crye-Leike will occupy 8,245 sf in the $2.35-million, 16,800-sf property to house 70 sales associates. Renaissance Group of Memphis was the lead architect on the project, while Crye-Leike Commercial & Property Management served as the developer. Priester & Associates of Memphis was the general contractor. National Bank of Commerce of Memphis was the lender.

Crye-Leike Inc. is based in Memphis with a sales force of 1,100 in 23 offices throughout Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi.

Crye-Leike, Inc. and Crye-Leike of Mississippi Inc. collectively sold 9,904 units last year with a sales volume of $1.5 billion, according to the company's statement.
