Micropack will use the 11,520-sf leased site at 33 Cypress in Chandler Creek for a storage facility for its bottling plant in Georgetown, TX. The company, based in Zephyrhills, FL, is a private- and custom-label bottler of purified water. Its other bottling plants are in Florida and Pennsylvania. A new plant is scheduled to open in Illinois in May. Its brands include Artic Mist, Clearly American and Viva.
Kevin Conlee, an associate with Coldwell Banker Richard Smith Realtors, represented Micropack and Jerry Heare and Casey Borgers, industrial specialists with NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Co., acted for the building owner.
The property management firm, affiliated with NAI/CIP, will handle the business park for Burke Real Estate Group. Chandler Creek has four buildings, totaling 163,000 sf of office and industrial space, for sale or lease. It also has another 135 acres for development.
