Driver will focus on investment sales, debt and equity transactions in his new position. He reports to Madison's managing director Timothy E. Martorella.

At Crow, Driver closed $240 million in investment sales transactions in Florida and has exclusively represented institutional investors such as Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association-College Retirement & Equity Fund, TimesSquare Capital Management, Archon Group, Highwoods Properties and Sarofirm Realty Advisors.

Driver has a bachelor of science degree summa cum laude from Tampa College, Tampa, FL and a master of business administration degree from the University of South Florida Graduate School of Business, Tampa. He received his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 1999 and is a licensed Florida broker.
