Landlord Fortis Vastgoed Beleggingen has granted a new lease on the six-storey building. The ground floor, first and second will be taken up by a JJB Sports Megastore, with a fitness centre on the third and fourth floors.

This is JJB Sports second retail unit in the Netherlands. The first openedlast year in Beursplein Passage in Rotterdam,.and JJB Sports plans to open atotal of 40 shops in the Netherlands. JJB Sports is being advised by Jones Lang LaSalle in the Netherlands. Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker represented Fortis.
