Located at 1800 Imperial Highway, the property consists of two class A buildings. The first facility, which was completed in 1987, encompasses 145,000 sf. It is 100% occupied by tenants such as CNA Insurance, 21st Century Insurance and Cal Fed Bank. The second building, which is slated to encompass 135,000 sf at build-out, is currently in its final phase of construction. Completion is slated for early summer.
In addition to the Fairway Center assignment, Jones Lang LaSalle's contract to manage Pacific Financial Plaza in Newport Beach has been renewed. This 279,000-sf Lend Lease property, which houses the historic Ritz Restaurant, is located in Newport Center.
