Snyder Langston, a 40-year-old Orange County-based builder, is celebrating the decking out of phase II at LNR Warner Center. The construction firm has just completed the concrete pours on all of the decks, a structural milestone that follows last month's topping out of the new phase.

As envisioned, LNR Warner Center will ultimately consist of nine mid-rise office buildings totaling more than 1.2 million sf, as well as two parking garages with capacity for 2,500 cars. The entire project is scheduled to be constructed in five phases with completion slated for 2005.

Snyder Langston completed construction of Phase I in Dec. The first phase included construction of two, five-story office buildings totaling 350,000 sf; a five-story parking structure that accommodates 1,100 cars; nine floors of tenant improvements for the tenant, HealthNet; and a large plaza for corporate and community events.
