LNR Warner Center Enters Phase II

WOODLAND HILLS, CA-The second phase will consist of a three-story, 90,000-sf office building with two floors of tenant improvements, as well as traffic enhancements to Conoga Blvd. and Burbank Ave., and public and private utilities required to service the project. The total value of this project is more than $100 million.

WOODLAND HILLS, CA–LNR Warner Center here is entering phase II, which includes construction of a three-story, 90,000-sf office building with two floors of tenant improvements, as well as traffic enhancements to Conoga Blvd. and Burbank Ave., and public and private utilities required to service the project. The total value of this project is more than $100 million.

Snyder Langston, a 40-year-old Orange County-based builder, is celebrating the decking out of phase II at LNR Warner Center. The construction firm has just completed the concrete pours on all of the decks, a structural milestone that follows last month’s topping out of the new phase.
