Martin Apparatus Inc., which sells fire and emergency equipment, bought a new, 20,000-sf warehouse at the Interbelt North Business Center, 14223 Interdrive West. John Ferruzzo of NAI Partners Commercial represented the seller, JSRW Properties Inc. The business center is in Houston's north submarket.
River Pointe Community Church leased 7,700 sf at 4100 Greenbriar in Stafford, TX. Jim Pratt of NAI Commercial Partners represented the church and Jon Spears of TNRG Property Services Inc. spoke for the building owner, Stafford Business Park. The church has been holding services in a high school.
Champion Pipe & Supply renewed its 5,572-sf lease at 952 Echo Lane in West Houston. Champion was represented by Bill Romane of NAI Partners Commercial. Connie Dando of Senterra Real Estate Co. brokered the pact for the building owner, Houston Mark I Properties.
