Vacancies in the mall, located at the Northwest corner of South 19th Street and South Mildred Street in Tacoma, are being marketed at $16- to $18 per sf per year, triple net. Regency leasing agent Eric Li says Rachel Corp of Kidder Mathews Segner handled both sides of the Citifinancial transaction and is the outside leasing agent for the property.

Li tells GlobeSt.com it is the first lease to be signed at the mall in the past couple of months. The IHOP restaurant is new to the mall, opening for business about one month ago. It is one of nine free-standing buildings at the mall, which was redeveloped two years ago.

As of December 31, 2001, Regency owned 272 retail properties totaling 29.1 million square feet located in high growth markets throughout the United States. Between Everett and Tacoma, Regency boasts nine shopping centers.
