"The extended-stay lodging market is the fastest growing segment of the hotel industry and is quickly catching the interest of business professionals, people relocating and those on extended work assignments," says company CEO George D. Johnson Jr.

Weekly rack rates at the property start at $389 for a queen room and $419 for a king room. Nightly rates are available from $79. Guest rooms include a recliner, cable TV, free voice mail, free local calls and a computer data port. Rooms also feature kitchens with refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, utensils and tableware.

Guests are provided with weekly housekeeping service and properties are generally staffed by five to six full-time and eight to 10 part-time employees.
