The hotel, which is centrally located at 1301-127 Polk St., includes 16 rooms with a bathroom and kitchen, 69 tourist rooms, 23 residential single rooms, 6,000-sf of finished basement space, and 8,000-sf of retail space. Of these, about seventy units are used to house low-income seniors.

The Leland Hotel made headlines a few years ago when a fire swept through the hotel, leaving 100 people homeless. Frank Card and Jack Peterson of Peterson & Associates Realtors represented Mercy Housing, while Steven Wong with Coldwell Banker represented the sellers.
