The freestanding retail showroom, formerly a La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery, was sold in a deal valued at $2.4 million. The one-acre property is located at 7475 Clairemont Mesa Boulevard.
Albertini/Moradi LLC, with Gregory Albertini and Uahib Moradi as managing members, were the buyers. The property, which has frontage on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard, will be redeveloped to accommodate smaller retail shops. David and Kelly Hylen, Karen Carroll and Robert McEwen were the sellers.
Mark McEwen, Vic Gausepohl and Kirk Allison of Colliers International represented the seller. Chuck Wasker of IPC Commercial represented the buyer.
