Chamber Inks Lease in Genesis Centre

CARLSBAD, CA-One of the new buildings that comprises the 102,000-sf Genesis Corporate Centre campus has a new tenant--the city's chamber of commerce.

CARLSBAD, CA-The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce has purchased one of the new 9-buildings that comprises the 102,000-sf Genesis Corporate Centre campus.

The Chamber will move to its new 6,360-sf headquarters at 5934 Priestly Drive in July. The sale transaction for the shell building is valued at $1.27 million.

Genesis Corporate Centre, located at 5930-5962 Priestly Drive, fronting El Camino Real, in Carlsbad, is a development of Pacific Carlsbad Partners LLC, comprised of Rick Dent, Frank Sciacca, Jon Kurtin and Jim Gianulas.
