The biggest lease was in North Houston where Internet Access Technologies Inc. leased 30,475 sf of flex space in the Bondeson Business Park at 6510 Sam Houston Parkway. Gary Mabray and Greg Vizik of Colliers International represented Internet Access. Brady Berry of Vantage Development acted on behalf of the building owner, Vantage Development 29 Inc.

NBC Management Inc. took 5,335 sf of office space at 1300 Post Oak Blvd. Coy Davidson of Colliers International brokered the tenant's side of the deal while Dave Hanusa of Trammell Crow Co. bargained for the building owner, Lenhndorff Four Oaks Place Joint Venture.

Tana Exploration subleased 6,491 sf of office space at 1100 Louisiana, a 1.3-million sf building in Houston's CBD. The sublessor was Panaco Inc. Robert Parsley and John Parsley, both of Colliers International's Houston office, spoke for the tenant. NAI Partners Commercial brokers Brad Marnitz and Adam Brackman acted for Panaco.

APB Financial LLC subleased 3,660 sf of office space from Tokio Marine and Fire Insurance at 1990 Post Oak Blvd. A Colliers International team consisting of Norman Munoz and the Parsleys represented the sublessor. Pat Pollan and Jackie Ritchie, both of Coldwell Banker American Spectrum, represented the incoming tenant.
