HOUSTON-Four deals closed off nearly 46,000 sf of office and flex space in and around Houston.

The biggest lease was in North Houston where Internet Access Technologies Inc. leased 30,475 sf of flex space in the Bondeson Business Park at 6510 Sam Houston Parkway. Gary Mabray and Greg Vizik of Colliers International represented Internet Access. Brady Berry of Vantage Development acted on behalf of the building owner, Vantage Development 29 Inc.

NBC Management Inc. took 5,335 sf of office space at 1300 Post Oak Blvd. Coy Davidson of Colliers International brokered the tenant’s side of the deal while Dave Hanusa of Trammell Crow Co. bargained for the building owner, Lenhndorff Four Oaks Place Joint Venture.
