Lamondin is a former president of Coscan Florida and Williams Island Inc. and a former director of marketing for Toronto-based Cadillac Fairview. He has authored Back to Basics, a real estate primer and frequently lectures in the United States and abroad.
Stuart Meyers and Jorge Lopez founded Cornerstone in 1993. The company is ranked by industry analysts as the 14th largest multifamily developer in the United States.
Cornerstone's newest project is La Perla, a 42-story, $65 million, 332-unit oceanfront condominium at 163rd Street and Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL, eight miles north of Downtown Miami.
