New Commercial Realty Firm Launched

OKEMOS, MI-Michigan Equities officials promise to add value, market knowledge and mutual trust with real estate transactions. The company has a separate property management entity and already is involved in development projects.

OKEMOS, MI-Michigan Equities, a regional commercial real estate sales, leasing,management and development firm, has been formed here by seasoned real estate veterans. Company officials say the firm will provide sales, leasing, site selection,and a wide range of commercial real estate services for both regional and national clients.

The company’s sales and leasing team includes Susan Kaagan CPM; Dana Peters, Steve Slater and Bob Taylor, CCIM.
