While the first three of the park's office structures are 100% occupied, Tower IV is still in the process of being leased, with the first floor commanding a First Quarter 2002 price of $33 per-sf with a 10-year lease. Rents on the remaining six floors are listed as negotiable under 5- or 10-year leases.
Insignia/ESG is handling lease activity, and Alliance Bank is the most recent tenant to take on space. The financial institution has committed to 3,800-sf of space for its third Northern Virginia Location. "We are very impressed with the Plaza America concept, and expect to be a key part of this growing and vibrant location," says Alliance Bank president and CEO Thomas A. Young, Jr.
