JH Bennett purchased a 32,000-sf built-to-suit high-tech building on Venture Drive in Novi from JB Donaldson for more than $2.2 million. Larry Kelly and Rob Hughes of Colliers International represented the buyer.
TKS Industrial Company leased 13,471 sf of office space at 850 Stephenson Hwy. in Troy. Mike Yamada of Colliers International represented tenant in the multi-year lease transaction, valued at more than $1.2 million. The property owner is EA&S Investments.
