In Decatur, GA, the firm purchased the fully occupied Hairston Crossing shopping center, a 57,884-sf Publix-anchored asset at the intersection of Hairston Road and Covington Highway, for $6.65 million.

The seller was Georgia-based Fog G & H Covington, LLC. Inland's Steve Sanders and outside counsel Charles Benvenuto represented Inland.

Inland also acquired two Just For Feet shoe stores in Augusta, GA and Covington, LA. Combined, the triple-net leased assets total 42,231 sf. In Augusta, Wilton Partners Augusta LLC sold a 22,115-ft. freestanding store on the Robert C. Daniels Parkway for $3 million.

The second property in Covington, LA is a 20,116-sf freestanding asset sold by Wilton Partners Covington LLC. The deal, valued at $3.4 million, marks Inland's first acquisition in Louisiana.

Barry Lazarus of Inland and outside counsel Charles Benvenuto represented the buyer in the Just For Feet transactions.

The seller for the Georgia property was Wilton Partners Augusta LLC. The seller for the Louisiana property was Wilton Partners Covington LLC.
