Coldwell Banker's office will be located at 28051 Greenfield Dr. in The Center at Rancho Niguel. The company, which will be relocating from Laguna Hills, Calif., is slated to occupy its new space May 15, 2002. The lease price for the property is within market value for the type of site and area.
Other tenants in the 373,619-sf retail center include the anchor store Ralphs, plus Expo Design Center, Loehmann's, Sav-On, Strouds, Burger King, TGI Fridays and Mann Theatres.Mark Baziak and Bill Browne of Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the landlord, Rancho Niguel II, LLC of Laguna Niguel, in the transaction. Pam Lytle of Coldwell Banker represented the tenant.
