Residential Firm Signs $1M Retail Lease

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA-Coldwell Banker Residential has leased 6,500 sf of retail space here for a residential brokerage office. The five-year lease was valued at a little over $1 million.

LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA-The 90-year-old real estate company franchise Coldwell Banker Residential has leased 6,500 sf of retail space here for a residential brokerage office. The five-year lease was valued at a little over $1 million.

Coldwell Banker’s office will be located at 28051 Greenfield Dr. in The Center at Rancho Niguel. The company, which will be relocating from Laguna Hills, Calif., is slated to occupy its new space May 15, 2002. The lease price for the property is within market value for the type of site and area.
