BentleyForbes announced the acquisition of a major regional headquarters and distribution center of The Scott Co., the world's leading supplier and marketer of do-it-yourself lawn and garden products.

BentleyForbes acquired the build-to-suit property valued in the low $30-million range and assumed the 15-year lease. The 22-acre facility contains a single-story 412,580-sf building with a clear height of 29 feet. The facility includes 200,000 sf of light manufacturing space with an additional 185,000 sf of warehouse and 25,000 sf of office space.

Temecula, 55 miles north of Downtown San Diego in southwest Riverside County, is easily accessible from both I-15 through the Cajon Pass and I-10 through the Banning Pass, the main trucking and rail routes between Southern California and most areas of the United States.
