Scott Co. Building Sells for More than $30M

TEMECULA, CA-A Los Angeles-based company has purchased a building occupied by The Scott Co., a supplier and distributor of lawn and garden care products.

BentleyForbes announced the acquisition of a major regional headquarters and distribution center of The Scott Co., the world’s leading supplier and marketer of do-it-yourself lawn and garden products.

BentleyForbes acquired the build-to-suit property valued in the low $30-million range and assumed the 15-year lease. The 22-acre facility contains a single-story 412,580-sf building with a clear height of 29 feet. The facility includes 200,000 sf of light manufacturing space with an additional 185,000 sf of warehouse and 25,000 sf of office space.
