Bandai, which manufactures and markets licensed toys for brands such as Digimon and Power Rangers, is relocating to the Jasmine Distribution Center from a nearby site. The toy company's new warehouse and operations facility stands at 13083 Slover Ave.
Bandai was represented by Patrick Remolacio of Colliers Seeley International's Orange County office, as well as Peter McWilliams' of the firm's Inland Empire office. Chuck Belden of Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the property owner, Adaya Asset Slover Avenue LP.
"We are seeing companies taking space they have been wish-listing until more stable economic conditions were evident," Remolacio says. "Since we have had some promising economic indicators here in the first quarter of 2002, we should be seeing transaction velocity increasing in the months to come."
