The buyer, Lomax and Associates LLC dba Austin Hardwoods & Hardware, has paid $3.6 million for the property. It has already occupied the facility, which it is using to operate a lumber and hardware store. Completed in 2001, the property is located at 610 N. Santiago.

Lomax and Associates LLC was represented by Doug Shinoda of Ashwill Associates. Mike Hefner and Greg Ozimec of Voit Commercial Brokerage acted on behalf of the seller, Santa Ana Business Center Venture LLC.

Another Santa Ana industrial facility also changed hands recently in a deal valued at $1.4 million. The buyer, Controlled Motion Solutions Inc. is a manufacturer of hydraulic, automation, fluid connector, sealing, lubrication and filtration solutions. It plans to use the newly acquired 15,212-sf building as a manufacturing facility. The property, which stands at 911 Poinsettia Ave., was sold by Burke Santa Ana Business Center.
