Mark G. Rohr, senior vice president of Dietz Organization, brokered the $8.3 million cash sale. He represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
The 25-acre complex has a total of 240 units, which were completed in twophases; the first in 1978 and the second in 1982. Amenities include an indoor pool, exercise facility and tennis courts.
Riverbend Apartments and Whitehall Apartments in Lansing, MI were sold for nearly $2.8 million. The complexes include of 112 units. Dietz senior sales associate Kevin Dillen and sales associate Jeff Blanton represented both the buyers and the sellers in each of the sales.
Riverbend Apartment Co. a limited partnership based in Lansing, sold their apartment complex to Riverbend-206 E. Main Street LLC, headquartered in East Lansing, for $1.5 million. The 58-unit complex is located at 206 E. Main St. The property was sold on a land contract. In a second transaction, Whitehall Limited Partnership, based in Lansing,sold Whitehall Apartments to Whitehall-300 E. Main Street, LLC, of East Lansing, for $1.3 million. Whitehall Apartments, located at 300 E. Main St., has 54 units. The property was sold on a land contract. Both apartment properties are within walking distance of Michigan State University's Cooley Law School.
