The Riley Professional Center is a two-story, 40,000-sf office building that was built in 2000 by Capital Builders Inc. of Folsom. The office complex is situated on a three-acre site at Riley Street and Orchard Drive. The center was fully leased at the time of the sale.Randy Getz of CB Richard Ellis represented Capital Builders in the deal, while John LiSanti of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented Meadowview Limited.
According to a recent report from Grubb & Ellis, relative market stability is one of the reasons that investors continue to flock to the Sacramento region. Both private and institutional investors are turning to commercial real estate and specifically, traditionally stable markets like Sacramento, as a place to grow their money. Many property owners in the area are continuing to receive multiple offers despite the downtown in the economy.
