The bank will be occupying half of the two-tenant, freestanding building located at the high-traffic corner of Tampa and Nordhoff and directly across from the Northridge Fashion Center. Occupancy is scheduled for late spring 2002.

The price per sf for the deal is around $2, which is within market value for the area. This is Union Bank of California's first branch in the northwest valley. The bank says it is enthusiastic about initiating banking services for this until now untapped location for the bank.
