LONDON-A new 190,000-sf office building has been proposed at Peffermill, on the site of the former Carlsberg-Tetley Brewery. The local authority has granted outline planning consent. This new consent is in keeping with the council’s preferred zoning for the site as business use, although there is an existing permission for up to 206 residential flats.

Designed by Yeoman McAllister Architects, the building offers a first phase of 105,326 sf with the ability to provide additional space of 70,325 sf. There are further areas designated for conference and restaurant facilities and on site car parking for up to 350 spaces will also be available.
