One Gateway Center, owned by The Gale Co. of Florham Park, NJ and TishmanSpeyer Properties of New York, is part of the four-building, 2.3 million-sf Gateway Center, an interconnected downtown complex. For Gale, senior vice president Bob Martie, vice president Joe Rasmusson and assistant VP Tim Greiner will head the leasing effort.

One Gateway Center has historically seen its occupancy at the 99% level, and recent leasing activity at the landmark building has been steady. Among recent signees are Booz-Allen & Hamilton, represented by the Staubach Co.; McDermott, Will & Emergy, represented by Insignia/ESG; and the offices of U.S. Senator Jon Corzine, represented by CB Commercial. Renewals have been signed by A.G. Edwards & Sons; General Land Abstract, represented by American Properties Realty; and the General Services Administration.
