ABB, which is consolidating its operations at Watson Industrial Center, signed a five year lease valued at $1 million. ABB had been leasing space at four separate facilities in Paramount, Calif. Jerry Gilman of Colliers Seeley represented ABB in the transaction. Watson Land was represented in-house by Tom Huston.
Bounded by Wilmington Ave., Sepulveda Blvd., Avalon Blvd. and 223rd St., Watson Industrial Center South is strategically located near major Southern California transportation arteries--the San Diego 405, Artesia 91, Harbor 110 and Long Beach 710 freeways.
Watson, which owns or manages some 12 million sf, also recently leased one of its buildings in the Dominguez Technology Center in Carson, Calif. to Huffy Corp. The so-called Legacy building is located at 18420 Harmon Ave. in Carson.
