Manufacturer Inks 30,000-SF, Five-Year Lease

CARSON, CA-ABB Inc., a electrical transformer manufacturer, signs a $1 million lease for space in Watson Industrial Center South from Watson Land Co., one of the largest developers of master planned industrial centers in Los Angeles County.

CARSON, CA-Watson Land Company, among the largest developers of master planned industrial centers in Los Angeles County, has leased 30,000 sf in Watson Industrial Center South to ABB, Inc., a manufacturer of electrical transformers and breakers with more than 180,000 employees worldwide.

ABB, which is consolidating its operations at Watson Industrial Center, signed a five year lease valued at $1 million. ABB had been leasing space at four separate facilities in Paramount, Calif. Jerry Gilman of Colliers Seeley represented ABB in the transaction. Watson Land was represented in-house by Tom Huston.
