The center will include the first new Boston Market in the Denver area since McDonalds bought the former Colorado chain out of bankruptcy, Biehl tells GlobeSt.com. Other tenants include Diedrich's Coffee, Qdoba Mexican Grill, World Cellars (a 4,500-sf upscale liquor store), and a Dardanos shoe store, a Shell and Bank One.
It also will include Archivers, a photo memory store that sells specialty papers and provides workshops on putting together photo albums. Biehl tells GlobeSt.com he believes this is the first Archivers in the Denver metro area.
Whole Foods, based in Austin, TX, is the world's largest retailer of natural and organic foods.
